If the total order value exceeds €29 (unless otherwise stated by an active promotional campaign), delivery to a SmartPOST parcel terminal is FREE.
Orders are generally dispatched the following business morning, but no later than 14 calendar days after the order is placed. The average delivery time is 1-3 days.
As soon as the package arrives at the designated parcel terminal, the recipient will receive an SMS notification with a parcel locker door code. To retrieve the package, the code must be entered on the touchscreen of the parcel terminal.
Omniva Parcel Terminal – €2.70

Courier Home Delivery – €4.48
If the order is placed on a business day before 9:00 AM, the estimated delivery time is usually the next business day, but no later than 14 calendar days after the order is placed. The average delivery time is 1-3 days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are typically delivered on the second business day after the order date.
The shipment will be delivered to the recipient’s home or workplace by 6:00 PM at the latest. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact the recipient by phone to confirm the exact delivery time.
Post Office Pickup – €3.79
Orders are generally dispatched the following morning and can be collected from the designated post office.
For international shipping, arrangements must be made via email.
Supported payment methods include bank links and invoice payments.
