SmartPOST – €2.70
If the total amount of the order exceeds €29 (unless an active campaign states otherwise), delivery to a SmartPOST parcel locker is free of charge.
Orders are generally dispatched the next business day morning, but no later than 14 calendar days after the order has been placed.
The average delivery time is 1–3 days.
When the parcel arrives at the selected parcel locker, the recipient will receive an SMS notification with the locker code(s). To collect the parcel, the code must be entered on the parcel locker’s touchscreen.
Omniva Parcel Locker – €2.70
If the total amount of the order exceeds €29 (unless an active campaign states otherwise), delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is free of charge.
Orders are generally dispatched the next business day morning, but no later than 14 calendar days after the order has been placed.
The average delivery time is 1–3 days.
When the parcel arrives at the selected parcel locker, the recipient will receive an SMS notification with the locker code(s). To collect the parcel, the code must be entered on the parcel locker’s touchscreen.
Courier Home Delivery – €4.48
If the order is placed on a business day before 9:00 AM, the estimated delivery time is usually the next business day, but no later than 14 calendar days after placing the order.
The average delivery time is 1–3 days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are generally delivered on the second business day following the order date.
The shipment will be delivered to the recipient’s home or workplace no later than 6:00 PM.
On the delivery day, the courier will contact the recipient by phone to agree on the exact delivery time.
Delivery to Post Office – €3.79
Orders are generally dispatched the next morning and can be collected from the designated post office.
International Shipping
For international shipping, arrangements must be made via email.
